If you are requesting a CallBack, please keep in mind that one of the best ways to make the CallBacks shorter (and cheaper!) is by telling us as much as you can about the problem ahead of time. This often allows us to research an issue before calling you, which can save you money by reducing the time you spend on the phone with us. As one example, if you are having virus problems, it may be helpful to let us know the name of the virus, if you happen to know it.
