  1. Why don't you just use a 900 number instead of PayPal and Credit Cards?
    I don't charge for every minute of every call, and sometimes I charge nothing for a call. A 900 number does not leave me that option.

  2. Can you help me with my Macintosh or Linux computer?
    No. We offer support only for computers running various versions of Windows.

  3. What if you can't resolve my problem?
    There will likely still be a small charge incurred. The first 5 minutes of any incident are considered "Triage". If we can determine within that time that we will not be able to assist you, we will do our best to guide you to the right place and charge your account $3. In some rare instances when we can immediately make that determination, that fee may be waived.

  4. Do I need to be logged onto my computer as an Administrator?
    Usually. Our ability to resolve many issues can be severly limited if you can only log on as a restricted user.
